Sickest shit you ever saw?

Not sure if this topic was ever posted here before, but I wanted to know whats the sickest shit you ever saw?


For me, I was 16, I was at the beach in the north coast of Egypt and I saw this guy die by getting his head cut open by a speed boat's propeller.  Saw it with my own eyes, soooo much blood and pieces of his skull and brain!



That was also the summer, I got in an accident with my jet ski, got arrested for getting in a fight on the beach, and got rejected after asking out the girl who is now currently married to the son of Egypt's president (see pic below)!

When I was 10 I was walking home and this lady jumped off a building and hit the ground right in front of us.  I didnt actually see the impact because there was a huge water fountain in front of the building. However I did feel the ground shake.   She was a mess blood and guts everywhere   she was at least 250lbs

I once was trapped on a green light intersection  unable to proceed, a car caught on fire back seat passager was trying to escape from the back window, and didnt quit make it....half his body was outside the car facing me but the flames were way to high and hot, Dude was a crisp in a matter of seconds

As for sickest, when I was 12, I saw man jump from a building and get impaled by a tree on the way down, tore him from crotch to chin. Happened in front of my 7th grade art class.

I have the same type of story. Some dude jumped off a building and landed about 25 feet away while my buddies were walking in the same direction.  It was freaking disgusting.

One of the craziest things I ever saw was a motorcycle accident.  It just stopped raining and this dude was slamming down the road and hit an oil patch, his bike started to skid sideways then it caught the road, this dude was thrown like a ragdoll about 50 yards just flipping, twisting, bouncing off of the road.  It was insane.  When he finally landed and stopped, his legs were bent underneath him, arms snapped in all places.  The crazy part was how quick the cops were on the scene.  Within 30 seconds they were already there.  Not sure if this guy was running away from the cops.

then her hands go from her knees to her face, to hide it and i hear the loudest diarrhea fart coupled with a splatter like sound and an immediate darkening of the seat of the pants (the little i could make out)

i ws 21 i think at the time....i didn't stick around....i just left....

 I was taking a tour of Baltimore's Shock Trauma and saw a guy on a stand, who had one leg and the other leg was gone from the knee down--been like that. One guy was taking skin off the good leg to I guess to a skin graph for the bad leg, and at the same time they were scrubbing his asshole out, and one could drop a grapefruit (no Kai jokes) down there. I ask the person giving me the tour what the deal was. It was Colon Cancer.

There was a woman who was DOA, she had gotten out of the car on the side of the road and was hit by a truck---the truck pushed her against the door, which acted like a blade and split her from groin up.

There was a guy try to commit suicide by putting the gun to his chin--he lived buy his face looked like someone stepped on a tomato. They had to use part of ribs to reconstruct his face.
