When I got home -- safely, I noticed that despite the stress of fearing for my life, I did get a pretty good pump. Especially in my arms. Perhaps those 18 inches will one day be within reach.

Pellius, I own a vacation home actually quite near the Hygienic store.  Kahalu/Kailua/Kaneohe area is a paradise for sure!  Beautiful mountain and ocean scenery!  

Where is that gym though?  I usually end up going to the 24 hr fitness by the Kahekili hwy.  Your place seems like a cool and laid back place to workout.

Well, actually I have a long way to go but one day I'm going to call method101 or is it methodgna, whoever the guy is in the green tee-shirt who claims his arms are now 16 inches. Either he's exaggerating or he's made some tremendous progress because I can barely break 15 inches on my pipes.

Get the fook out of here!! No shiite!!! The gym is right on the corner of Kahekili and Kamehameha Hwy. Right across Aloha gas station and the 7/11. Those other pics where I posted the "beach front" posing shots were done just up the road on Kahaluu Bay where they practice canoe paddling. I just walked across the street and had a friend take some shots. Here's one:

I'm usually not the jealous type, but it's like zero degrees with the wind chill, here in NYC. I came in about a 1/2 hour ago and my ears are still cold. :'(

BTW, I take serious umbrage at the constant implication that I am homeless. Granted, my abode is a bit on the modest side but it suits me and the monthly payments are right up my alley. I think the place has character and there's a kind of roguish, backwoodsy ambiance to it.
