And I have something else to say about the guest house it's actually garage you drive in from the back and the far end it's for sleds and dirt bikes and quads it was origially a chicken barn and the previous owners tried to make it a guest house using only the frame and foundation however one night a guest was in there and didn't come out in the morning they had to drag him out it appears now that the building was nearly air tight the gases that were saturated in the lumber almost killed him. So they gutted it. Nowbecause it was an existing building I didn't need permits to add a garage doors. And when they gutted the inside they even took the floor so it's gravel hey Josh if you can see it in that picture or not but the trough is actually lower than the top of the front door
