I woke up this morning at least 5'9 and I swear I am not 5'8 and 1/2 right now.  How much height do you guys lose throughout the day?  ???

Ive never measured myself morning and then night.  I was 6.2 until I went for a medical and the doctor told me I am actually 6.3.   Most guys always lie about their height and when people would say how tall are you I would say 6.2 and they always said the same thing. No way your taller than that because "I am 6 foot" lol  they probably like 5 10 max

I would always honestly address my height and it would be true to state I am over 5'9 as soon as I wake up, yet I just checked and I was between 5'8 and 1/4 and 5'8 and 1/2.  I think I have been losing more height than usual lately throughout the day.  I always recall shrinking to a low point of still over 5'8 and 1/2.  With good posture and big shoes I could claim 5'10 and I doubt many people would call me out for that but I am honest with my height when asked.  My feet are 12" long so sizes 12-13 are fine.
