Wonder whatever happened to Sergio's brother in Cuba. When Sergio came to the U.S. he said that his "bigger" brother, back there, was an Olympic lifter and much stronger than he was. Got to wonder about that genetic freak family thing.

I got a wakeup call last week at the beach when I discovered I could float in the ocean. Years ago I could lie motionless at the bottom of our swimming pool. I weigh about 225 now.

you should join a gym that isn't yours... hard for a gym owner to get a workout in at their own facility without being bothered by people/staff.
