into clothes, also the lactic acid build up can can trick me into not being motivated for anyworkout at all. thats why ill probably cut back to once a week on legs *until they fit in normal jeans* but just be mainly an upper body bodybuilder? and definitly hit calves but as far as running all out once every 10 days swells up my thighs like trees but dont really hits my calves like i would wish
but ive never tried such an imbalanced routine, usually i could just quit working out all together cause of too much lower body tightness/soreness/semi weakeness in lower body. but im wondering if the recovery of upper along with its unlimited growth potential because it dont matter if you do too much upper body because shirts stretch but jeans DONT, plus i REALLY HATE THIGHS RUBBING TOGETHER
i guess god didnt design us to become comfortable with unlimited quad growth but he may have designed us for unlimited upper body growth and calve growth because these types of growth dont hinder movement
from this pic i can definitly tell i was hitting lower body more than upper body
