multi vitamin 1 after my largest meal of the day
omega 3 capsules, 5 with breakfast 5 before sleep
2 oranges daily
1 apple
2 large tablespoons of olive oil or rice bran oil daily
raw eggs daily
mince meat,chicken,salmon or tuna
peanut butter,
edit lots of green tea , I fill up a 3 litre bottle with tap water throw in about 4 green tea bags and throw it in fridge
just swig out of it whenever thirsty also take to the gym with me
