The saddest part is she's basically fine and might live a long life, but people must silently accept the fact that she won't be succesfull in her life because of her looks.

Berardinelli–Seip syndrome is another related condition that exhibits itself with muscle hypertrophy and extremely LOW Bodyfat stores-think permanently ripped and muscular.

I would think that if you had those genes you would want to reproduce in hopes of continuing your blood line with an offspring that didn't have it.  Her mother "improved" upon her genotype 6 out of 7 times and that ain't bad.
