Almost.The guy has big problem to gain weight.I have just said him why he dont turn chicken into all beef.Because, he take lots of carbs and still losing weight.

I hit double bi correctly.Just he cant do it because of his non-flexible shoulder.Its pathetic that he cant get even worse shape because of it.
That will hurt him in the mandatory poses.
I dont bragg about me.But I was the first person who pointed out that.Even that huge trainer didnt point it out.What a shame.And he is very razy about his stretching and i must poke him to do it.Like a child.
