As impressive as Jay's 2009 win was, he was strangely lacking from the back...especially when compared to Ronnie or Dorian.

Jay getting owned in every shot posted. You should have posted some ab/thigh shots, or some pics of those crazy vascular and detailed arms of his to really show his strong points.

It's bizarre how is conditioning was so great from the front, and yet seemingly off in his back. Dexter owned him from the back for sure.

yeah, there he is next to Dex who is too small to be a Mr.O...despite being far superior in terms of balance, proportion and symmetry- he just doesnt have enough mass to compete with the fridge and the tree trunk..

harder to get that connect because you ca't see it..

that shot of dex up there,,, wow,,, surpised his back was that detailed and big... he had a good build for a long time,,, really brought it last year...
you gotta be complete though...
