Just curious to what your thoughts are on cheat meals. Some people I know have cheat days while others will just throw in a bowl of ice cream one a week. I like to stick to maybe some frozen yogurt every saturday, as long as I was super strict during the week.

much better to "feel" when your body needs "junk food" rather than schedule a cheat day, imho
when i feel like cheating Ill just use the Adonis/Wavelenght Prinicples...this way i can get my favourite foods in and still diet.
But that can be a downward spiral. Not having a set time means that cheating can happen more than often. Like a poster said above, usually when my cheat day comes that I don't really care anymore.

"cheat meals" are for the weak minded.Just diet and look good or eat like shit and look like shit, these things dont flow together.Diet is a real challenge is youre mentally strong, finding ways to cheat translates to "Im fat, i started a diet and im craving junk food - im a weak fuck". we are what we eat.
