looks like a lot of these old timers keep at it in old age as well, whereas the new batch of "pros" can't do it for more than 12 weeks and instantly turned into smashed shit the day after their contest.
true to a point,,most pros like regular trainees such as ourselves like to eat and get as big as there frame allows natural or unnatural,,todays standard for conditioning and even into the ninties is impossible to maintain without many factors involved,those 50's and 70's bbers had great builds but there contest condition is some top pros guest posing shape and even offseason shape,thats how bbing has changed other than usage,amounts ect....it seems the older generation philosophy was be big but general health was as important ,yes drugs were used but they stayed fit almost all the time and tweaked there diets by cutting back a bit to achieve there generation stage look,also they enjoyed the outdoor life like the beach and surf to train and show off,today its photoshoot and done ,,guys today stay covered up in layers and tan at booths .i appreciate all the bbers that did there era..
