go by the mirror but not so much by weight, youll keep muscle, i dont eat any meat and very little protien powder myself
just dont quit this
do what i do also have your junkfoods but in smaller amounts but just pile on the greens into your diet, try kalegreen sandwiches with a slice of tomato mayo salt and pepper on toasted bread, LOAD IT UP with the greens or eat them raw
if u ever feel like yourself eating too much junkfood quickly go and make a sandwich with the greens it will shutdown any ravenous appetite and quickly satisfy you, you may get hornier as well!
drink tons of water to keep muscles fully loaded too
