U come on get big swooning over a middle-aged guy in a local bar band that's stuck living in the 80's with little talent, what do u expect??

Getbig is brutally honest, you can't expect to not be called out acting like a teeny bopper whose smitten with a band who is not only musically terrible but out-dated.

They are the equivalent of a doo-oop 50's style band coming out in the Woodstock/ hippie era. They look like a bunch of sad out of touch old guys :-\

Jade, the consensus is they suck. Who is their fanbase? My guess is 16 yr H.S. dropouts, who hate their parents, have mullets, wear cutoff jean shorts and tank tops to their concerts.  The kind of people who won't spend a dime on their music.

That's Eddie Van Halen's Eurption, yes I can play it, except I can do it one handed, tapping between index and ring finger :)

I usually play more complicated stuff like Paganini, Malmsteen, M. Romeo, Dream Theater, etc.

Maybe, it's because this a bodybuilding board, but people, here, seem to be hung up on technical expertise.

Nobody wants to hear this shredding garbage. They want to hear great songs and Lucid Delusion doesn't have any.

Now, no one will confuse Chris Barron with Yngwie Malmsteen, but, there's more great songwriting in this 7 minute medley from his solo album than all the shredders and EVH wannabes combined.
