She is a good trainer in Holland she trains alot of bodybuilders.
Her nickname is grandma.

Well I hardly wouldve thought her nickname was 'teen girl'
But however,fuck it,her training is obviously good going but Roellys physique
Hopefully he will do well as I think hes fairly cool and as I said above I hope to have a physique like him in 14months

Great physique. Now that rapper, his flow was weak as hell. He was suppose to be somebody because he was named after a prophet in the bible. Oh brother. He actually was distracting.

Yup for 4 weeks out he's still carying a bit of fat and loaded up with a ton of water, we'll see if he dries out.  I've never really seen him come in super conditioned and he's going to have to hit that if he wants to be competitive as a pro.

He should drop all these fancy exersices ::) and stick to the basic known exersices....

i mean look at the dumbell rows in the videos.. ::)...wtf is the point of "twisting" them at the end, useless. Just pull it straight. its simple biomechanics.
