Where do people get their information that Lee Thompson pleaded guilty? He did not.

While others have made plea deals, Lee Thompson is still awaiting a new trial date.  This can be confirmed by the US Prosecutors office.  

However, I find it interesting that some so called reporters can write whatever they want and get away with it.  

That is, until they get sued...


As for Brock Falkenhagen, that is a different story.

The following is the full docket for the Lee Thompson/ Brock Falkenhagen case, from beginning to present. Falkenhagen has entered a plea deal and is awaiting sentencing. He plead down from 46 charges to 4, and faces a maximum of 50 years in Federal prison.  Lee Thompson has pleaded guilty as well, although I do not yet have the details on his plea arrangement.

Please be advised that the statement that Timothy Lee Thompson, a/k/a Lee Thompson has pleaded guilty is false. Mr. Thompson has NEVER entered a plea of guilty. A review of the docket will indicate that Mr. Thompson’s matter was set for trial on February 9, 2010, then reset by the Court for a status conference later in the month. At no time has Mr. Thompson ever entered a plea of guilty, nor does he ever anticipate doing so.

Your website indicates that you have accessed the database that contains all of the information necessary to verify that Mr. Thompson has never pled guilty. It appears to me that slander is slander no matter how it is communicated.

But what the hell do I know?

If I was one of the Supreme Court Justices I'd listen to any possible slander case in which the adversaries were not within a "punch in the nose" distance.

And let those within that distance solve the problem themselves - which would most likely be a turn around and head off into a different direction at a very rapid pace.

I've know a good number of athletes who have been busted for steroid possession/sales and in each and every case each of them have been outstanding citizens until the legal system had declared otherwise.

And how does any officiai blackmail an athlete? That would be an interesting story to hear providing it was factual.

The only point of interest in this thread was the fact that Anthony Roberts reported false and sladerous information that Lee pleaded guilty...as his lawyer clearly pointed out, he did not.

On that day, he was in Denver (and we got pics).  However, he did go and turn himself in later on.  As for being arrested with handcuffs, different story.

Well, under threat of a legal letter, an apology was in order... from Anthony Roberts...

Yesterday I posted information that Lee Thompson had pleaded guilty. I was wrong. A mutual friend called me to correct me, and I removed it immediately. This was even after that same mutual friend had several background items about Lee incorrect in the past (that Lee had hired Roger Clemens’ lawyer, that his case was going to be dismissed last September, etc….). Perhaps this was due to miscommunication between the two, but suffice it to say, casual conversation with this friend reveals that there were a numerous things he’s been told that didn’t quite match up with what I saw when I checked into it. Still, if there’s a chance that I got something wrong, I correct it.

If I’m wrong, I’m wrong, and I took every precaution, in good faith, to insure that I wasn’t. I called a lawyer, I called the District Attorney, yadda yadda yadda…and I still got one detail wrong. The f*cking NY Times gets sh*t wrong too, and even they print retractions.

Bob, you can't get water from a dry well.  Brian Clapp already sued and won against Anthony and took all of his money and websites including his precious Muscle Evolution USA site.

Its why his new website is in South Africa so Brian can't seize that one.  While I still have my suspicions on Lee, he's innocent until proven guilty and Anthony really fucked up the intel but it would do no good to sue him.  Best to let him rot in his mothers basement where he lives
