Bob, you can't get water from a dry well.  Brian Clapp already sued and won against Anthony and took all of his money and websites including his precious Muscle Evolution USA site.

http://www.muscleevolutionusa.com/

Its why his new website is in South Africa so Brian can't seize that one.  While I still have my suspicions on Lee, he's innocent until proven guilty and Anthony really fucked up the intel but it would do no good to sue him.  Best to let him rot in his mothers basement where he lives

Here is what is VERY INTERESTING about the docket entries in that case.  The results of the pretrial conference have been SEALED.  Usually that is only done when there is a very high profile case (which this is not) or a minor is involved (which this is not) OR....wait for it...wait for it...

when there has been an agreement for cooperation and public knowledge of the agreement would obstruct the investigation.  makes you wonder about Timothy Lee Thompson, doesn't it...this would sync with the lawyer's comment that Timothy Lee Texasbubba Thompson would not plead guilty.  the agreement would not require him to plead guilty...just provide info and cooperate and he get probation...nice little deal for Timothy Lee Thompson...

And when are you going to realize you can't get muscle from shit.  Have you sold the Pre-Paid legal to Thompson.  He needs it.  And you do realize this guy who lives in his moms basement is better off than you.

Where do people get their information that Lee Thompson pleaded guilty? He did not.

While others have made plea deals, Lee Thompson is still awaiting a new trial date.  This can be confirmed by the US Prosecutors office.

However, I find it interesting that some so called reporters can write whatever they want and get away with it.

That is, until they get sued...

As for Brock Falkenhagen, that is a different story.

Thank for clearing this up rON

Lee Thompson is the Texas NPC Chairman and an IFBB Judge who has been arrested and indicted for conspiracy to distribute steroids. According to his own lawyer and various news accounts, not only was he charged with conspiracy but at the time of his arrest was found to be in possession of a large quantity of steroids, which his lawyer argued didn't count because they were 'expired'.

As for his lawyer and ron's posturing about "not pleading guilty" it's nothing more than legal spin that every defense lawyer screams from the courthouse steps to the media before walking into the courtroom and folding like the weak hand they are. Lee is a family man. He won't risk trial and losing his children. He will cooperate and plead guilty to one count of possession as soon as it's offered. FYI, Probation is a punishment and is only for guilty pleas.
