I'm a huge MJ fan but Joe nor the Dr didn't kill him, he killed himself.  Unfortunately the Dr provided easy access but if it wasn't that Dr it would have been another Dr.  When you have the status of MJ you'll get what you want, find someone to give you what you want.  I'm sure he knew the dangers of the meds he was taking.  It's blaming the drug dealer because you OD.  unless he was giving the drugs to MJ against his will and knowedge, MJ has a bigger responsiblity for his dealt than the Dr or anyone.

Over the past 20 to 30 years it has become the norm to blame someone or something else for one's own actions.

Case in point - Sue McDonald's for a too-hot cup of coffee. Sue the cigarette companies for getting cancer. Sue the casino for losing your hard earned money. They all win.

This doctor will probably end up in prison with Titus and company for a good while to come.

Agreed - I hope that common sense prevails on this one and the doc gets found not guilty.

Apparently it's supposed to be quite difficult to prove that the doctor was negligent so I reckon he'll get away with it anyway.
