1) You don't seem to be big on training to failure, not even on the last set of each exercise? Do you feel it might actually be detrimental (as in 'taking it easier' could actually lead to MORE growth?)
2) You mentioned in an interview somewhere on bb.com something about a looser offseason diet, this means getting sufficient protein and filling it up with what you'd like to eat?
3) Your opinion on stimulants, let's limit it to caffeine
