Gotta wonder why they dont have plexiglass on the upper parts where the athletes are likely to flip out...wouldnt impair anything.

Georgia is going back to Russia soon.  They already lost the Western section in 2008.  Its only a matter of time.

I think its because at the time it wasn't needed however its apparent that technology has gone past track design.  People were not going this fast before so now I think they'll problably add them.
