"I was always the super skinny kid in high school, people constantly made comments about how scrawny I was. People were pretty open about how weak I appeared.
After high school I got into a comfortable relationship and ate VERY well. I gained over 25 pounds in just belly fat, for the first time in my life people started referring to me as "chunky" (HATE that word). After I broke up with my girlfriend I decided to change. I started running & lifting 5 days a week. I quit smoking cold turkey. I started eating very very clean.
I quickly lost 20 pounds of "chunk" and starting gaining a little lean mass. I've gotten numerous comments from friends/family, all positive.
I've had serious sleep apnea problems the past few years, all of which have gone. I went from getting 10 hours of crap sleep per night to (now) 7 hours of amazing sleep every night.
I ran into my ex and she stopped dead in her tracks and she just said "You look... GOOD". Made me feel _GREAT_. (She is now working out in the same Gym as me and constantly asking for advice)
Yesterday I went for a run and stopped in at the grocery store at the end. I rang up my tunafish & milk, and the bagger girl (very cute!) very obviously checked me out (looked me up and down REAL slow), then asked the obligitory "Would you like help with that?" Then paused, and real slow said, "Mr. (my last name)".
Never felt better in my life!
I only wish I would have discovered the Gym when I was younger."
