OMG, life rocked! I was working at a strip club and seriously, every girl in the place wanted me (and heck, I let more than a few have what they wanted ). I had mad energy, no back or knee problems, and I was cold all the time.

"I was always the super skinny kid in high school, people constantly made comments about how scrawny I was. People were pretty open about how weak I appeared.

After high school I got into a comfortable relationship and ate VERY well. I gained over 25 pounds in just belly fat, for the first time in my life people started referring to me as "chunky" (HATE that word). After I broke up with my girlfriend I decided to change. I started running & lifting 5 days a week. I quit smoking cold turkey. I started eating very very clean.

I quickly lost 20 pounds of "chunk" and starting gaining a little lean mass. I've gotten numerous comments from friends/family, all positive.

I've had serious sleep apnea problems the past few years, all of which have gone. I went from getting 10 hours of crap sleep per night to (now) 7 hours of amazing sleep every night.

I ran into my ex and she stopped dead in her tracks and she just said "You look... GOOD". Made me feel _GREAT_. (She is now working out in the same Gym as me and constantly asking for advice)

Yesterday I went for a run and stopped in at the grocery store at the end. I rang up my tunafish & milk, and the bagger girl (very cute!) very obviously checked me out (looked me up and down REAL slow), then asked the obligitory "Would you like help with that?" Then paused, and real slow said, "Mr. (my last name)".

Never felt better in my life!
I only wish I would have discovered the Gym when I was younger."

"The difference, man the difference was incredible. Suddenly girls were looking at me all over the place. Take it from me lads, if you reach 32 and look good you will not struggle as there is virtually no competition. I would see woman sitting with their boyfriends and she would give me really huge smiles when he wasn't looking, I would go out to clubs with my mates and I would get women openly ask me to go home with them. I was in a quiet bar once, talking to my best mate and his dad. I went up the bar and got the drinks, smiled at a girl and went back to my mate and his dad. About 15 mins later this girl and her mate came and stood right in front of me talked about my jacket then one of them offered to take me out the back and play some flute music in return for my jacket. I didn't take her up on the offer, I was already a very busy lad lol.

But the relevance is, back when i was 19, this guy I was standing with was a magnet and was the opposite. These girls never looked at him once though! He is actually bigger than me, bigger arms and chest, but he carries a lot of fat with it. It looks good but it is like "doorman" good if you get my drift."

I think given their "new" bodies, even though they still look like complete shit and aren't good looking, their confidence catapulted to a point where they just don't see straight anymore. You can be van damme and walk through a room full of girls and not one give a second look. I think a lot of girls don't really care to even take a second glance at a good looking guy. I mean they see good looking guys all the time and they're not like guys who walk down a street checking even ugly girls out. Now, if a girl knows you're some rich dude or have a some important status, they're alot more likely to check you out.
