Fast forward to 3:50. Who the hell is this guy with the glasses? He seems to follow Jay around everywhere. Its creepy  ???

Perhaps a clue. However,  even when the stalker approaches Jay someone else is still filming. I assume the guy who is filming is Robert Cheeke, not the stalker.  :( >:(
