BTW...yes, I am natural...compete WNBF....obviously some take exception with the "forlife" part of my name...so, in all fairness I've done 2 bottles of PH's in my life.  Wow...how many cycles have you done and you look the way you do?

Here is a pic taken in 2000 I was totally drug free, no prohormones nothing !.I did use ECA stack but at the time is wasnt banned.I weighed 218lbs and I still look better then sevaste.I admit my structure sucks, I am blocky, but atleast I did the best I could with my god given genetics.Not everybody has small bones and round muscle bellys.\
I see all these people picking me apart, lets see your pics.No I am not Mr Olympia, and I would never claim to be.I dont have the gentics.Why do you think I retired, and I just work with athletes now.I know I couldnt turn pro,but I had fun competing

I will be be the first person to tell you I never liked how my physique looked.I never did, but I did try my very best to look my best. I knew I had big heavy bones and I had big ribs.I knew that if I took GH and insulin I would become even more blocky.I am gentically a big guy.I train maybe 3 days a week andf I still weigh 240lbs, lol.I have probably the worst possible structure for bodybuilding.
I was very strong, and could lift a ton of weight though.I was a good nose gueard, when I played semi pro ball, because I was strong and had big bones. So I never did break anything, thank god.
When god handed out genticsfor a bodybuilding physique I was definatly at the back of the line.
But, I loved getting on stage and I had a lot of fun.I even managed to win a Natural Pro card and win a few shows.
The goos news is I am now taking my 25 years of knowledge and helping younger guys who have great genetics make the most of there physique.

I know some pics are photoshopped in magazines. But yours are contest photos...why would anyone want to photoshop any of them, for someone that's not exactly top tier? And there's 4-5 pics on the website, not to mention the screen caps from the pump room...and someone photoshopped each and every one of them, for little ole you?

lol ..Id like to see the pics..him dieted down to say 5% would still be in the high 80kgs mark which is a big guy.Samir @ 9 - 10% would proberly be around the 220s and he was on drugs and huge , small compared to todays freaks but still huge none the less.
