its cool bro dont post a pic just stop with the lies....23inch arms there are pros who dont have 23'' arms you claim i havent done juice in 10 years and you have bigger arms then arnie in his prime common man ::)

well sad but true im 43 now so 39 40 in those pics..i look about the same weight goes from up and down a few pounds but im about the same im not looking for more im happy and look good in clothes. ;D biggest weight was 241 when i got married...didnt like the extra weight

after i am done with my cycle I will be using the summer to drop my bf as low as possible.  The trainer at my gym who does my BF% told me I couldnt drop below 265 270 without losing some muscle.

make sure your pct is spot on and do it right...hcg, nolva, clomid - the works

i haven't ran any gear in the last 4.5 yrs, but from past experiences when coming off as long as my pct was solid and i continued to eat big and train hard i always maintained most of my gains.  i always aim to keep 8-12 lbs per 12-16wk cycle...if you can do that you're on the right track.

and unless you're a pro, forget about bridging...just keep it simple

why not just never come off? :D fuck having kids
