  Probably the Bob Sapp vs Nogueira fight. Sapp was twice the bodyweight of Nogueira and literally hammered the latter to the ground and held him to the ground almost completely dominating him. Nogueira managed to escape and submit. Nogueira showed super-human toughness in this fight. Any other fighter would have quit, but Nogueira took the abuse and won. Great.
