Given the reaction by the people on the bus, I beg to ask those on here with the life experience to respond, is it a life time of egregiously terrible treatment that’s led blacks (any many whites) to be so responsive to even an inkling of racism, OR, is it really something else? Like getting slammed from grades 4-12 on black history, slavery, MLK, civil rights, etc? And its not a few times we learn about it, its every damn year.. as if a kid can really have that short a memory. With an entire month devoted to black plight, do public schools really need to lay that much time into that part of the history books?
Because, if you ask me, its really doing nothing but creating.. what you call it? Some sort of an entitled attitude? A deep resentment that shows itself in times like this where on a bus, its ok for a grown man to swing at an elder, a senior citizen twice the mans age.. AND get the support of others while doing so??
Tell me, (honestly asking here) where is this mindset stemming from? Experience, or the Marketing of black struggle in America?
