lack of depth = too many machines.....

you cannot run from the truth of dumbells and barbells.....


pros : good physique

cons : short-ass, no flow, not pleasing, lacks quality muscle (i.e depth and shape)

conclusion : he'll retire in 5 yrs, marry a nice malaysian girl and start a take-away
