yeah 19 out of 20 guys are straight so they have to make it easier to find each other.  Also many of them are trying to appeal to gay guys who still want something feminine even if it is not a woman

theres only a small amount of gays who talk feminine or with a lisp because they want to attract attention to themsleves and/or their gayness... the vast majority who communicate that way do so because that is the way that feels natural for them
