He is holding water in that pic.He made 2 big mistakes 1) He carb loaded, =carb loading is an amatuer thing to to.At the end your diet, you may have maybe 200 grams of carbs the day before then 150 grams the day of the show....I would eat the stake and fill out, but not so many carbs.
Even Jay Cutler said, why would you carb load and carb depelet when you already look good? Why would you change anything in your prep when everything you did worked and got you lean
2) He is loading with the New "Vitargo, which has Barley starch.Barley will make you retain water.
Plus he is loading with Protein, Even Whey Protein Isolate will make you retain water.Isopure is a good protein, but if you look at the label it is just Isolate, A 65 gram serving has only 50 grams of protein.So it has alot of other things like vitaminss minerals and stuff that can make you hold water.
I sell protein, but, I even advise athlete to cut all protein powders out 10 days out.
Because sometimes even the purest protein powder can cause water rentention.
