Im gonna get lean this summer then start eating big, jack ass

Try to remain lean while you eat and grow. Mess with carbs and sugars and keep doing cardio in the offseason. Also if you get lean enough, consider dropping water before you go into growth mode. I found it keeps the skin tight and helps retain much less water while growing initially, which helps you push the eating without spilling over longer.

Thanks man yeah I thought when I get to the bf % down to what I want it to be, then I'm gonna (after my thailand trip lol) get on creatine and eat slightly over maintenance level (I'm thinking 3-400calories over) and focus on "heavy" movements.

I haven't used creatine in years. Always made me bloated and crappy feeling. There's precious few supps that I've tried that did a damn thing. I think I noticed the most from vanadyl sulfate, and it worked for about one week before I felt and saw nothing further happen.

It's amazing how much cheaper and more effective actual drugs are. Being natural blows, LOL.
