1. He was obviously asked to put on a role as the tough guy-bully-bodybuilder type.
2. They are wearing shoes which makes him look shorter than he really is (not that he's tall)

there was definitly alot of tension between the egos there for sure, i doubt mentzer had much endurance to fight since hes so used to one rep and one set
