Not waxy but Vitargo which I get for free. About 50grams in my workout bottle with Xtend. It's a carb and does what carbs do. That's it. I like the texture but wouldn't pay for it.
do you notice a difference between Vitargo and dextrose or maltodextrin?
And if so, do you use it Pre-, during-, or post-workout, and what does it do?
It's the industry's latest way of charging a 2000% markup on sugar. I've tried it (post), but it's a total sucker play. It can't touch a banana.
