It turns your taste buds into mush. That stuff was absolutely VILE. It's not bad for post-workout (though it is a bit low on the protein). But, the taste just ain't worth it......UNLESS you get it DIRT CHEAP, as I did, shortly before it got discontinued.

whats % MORE muscle mass does it add? i think cell mass adds %666 more muscle mass?

I went into GNC last week, and was looking at some of the products. One of the old guys who worked there said if i take muscle-tech products I can look like that guy on the box (he pointed to Jay Cutler). Muscle-Tech is the AWESOMEZ product. I am SO going to look like Jay Cutler now, bitches!!!!!  :o :o :o
