i was probably 205 in the body armor pic.  i'm currently very lean at 176-ish.  Contemplating blowing up again.  it's just a matter of eating, sleeping, and training enough.  I have to halfass it at the moment.

yeah, looking back it appears I actually had delts and some semblance of an upper back.

these days i have abs but very twinklike back and shoulders.

I think you could be pretty decent size and still pretty lean at around 200, how tall are you?

i'm drinking lots of muscle milk, piling on the carbs at meals.  about to ramp up for another run at 200.  I'm excited.

I think if you were around 10-high teens body fat percentage wise youd look pretty damn big at 200 and 5'10"

last time, I peaked at something like 223.

I was eating cake, mountain dew, taco bell and protein shakes all day.
ZERO cardio

This time, I'm just going to ramp up my carbs (beans, rice, sweet potatoes) along with the musclemilk.

I'm going to keep doing cardio, 150 to 20 minutes, 4 days a week.

I don't eat shit food, candy, ice cream, soda, etc anymore.  I'm not going to start.  Maybe I'll only hit a lean 185 or 190, I can live with that too.  "200" just looks cooler on my goal sheet!


I guess I don't know how much more muscle I had at 215/220 than I do at 175.  I can't imagine it was actually 40-45 pounds of fat that I lost.

How much of that weight do you think realistically can be muscle? 5lbs? I don't know you tell me.

LOL i didnt see a time frame, he certainly could add 30lbs of muscle it would just take time

he has already had more muscle on his frame before so its certainly possible.

Id think it would take you a good while to get up to 200 and be lean but shoot why not try

I'm optimistic.  muscle memory is supposed to bring everything back in 6 weeks (for 240 pound guys on steroids).

if a 175 pound guy like me had 20 or 25 more pounds of muscle... how long could it really take to regain it?  Anyone with experience in this?  I got skinny just be eating healthy, adding cardio, doing it slow over 2 years.

LOL iono I would think anywhere from 6 months to a year and you could be back at 200 pretty lean.

20lbs of muscle is a butt load especially for a guy your height, Ive never really lost that much muscle and tried to put it back on. Ive taken breaks and my strength has come back pretty quickly but I never really kept track of muscle and bodyfat on a regular basis before.
