This is the first time ive seen ronnie off roids, you can tell by the face, looks much younger and naturel, roids tend to give that hard face like you see on palumbo, good example is when tom prince got off roids, looks like a different person in the face, also ron seems to be more himself in the additude, relaxed

So it's true after all, the drugs are pretty much a finishing touch to help for cutting. I always thought Ronnie was less into the drugs as he was a cop. No shock he's going the natty route. Solid advert for natural bodybuilding right there..

yeah he's been off da juice and not training for at least 1 year now. I was actually told by one of his texas buddies he hasnt trained since 2008 and has just been doing a maintenance plasmozis cycle. The missing tricep and lat are back, calves look better than ever and his gut is under control so he is definitly doing this years olympia. It is all about muscle memory and genetics guys, shit you dont even need the "finishing touch", just jeebus.

gullability runs high on this site or maybe it is just the love for those meety quad veins

Ronald was  true mr.O, you can just look at any standard picture, like the ones in this tread, and just be shocked at how fucking absurd and impressive this guy's development is compared to all others...fucking leg veins pressing through his pants and flat out comic book super hero arms...compared to tiny Dex and Smooth Jay, you see their pictures and its like 'oh...yeah they are pretty big' and thats it, with ronald its like HOLY SHIT WHAT A FREAK every time.

ah right,,me the opposite legs,chest,delts to a degree strong point,arms from front so/so,i have hi tri inserts so side pose look good,the negative is from front they are shallow,,bi's are short 2 and flexed have peak but in a longer t/shirt to elbow ,my arms at least 2 me look small.

i dont know to what extent he is still on drugs during his semi-retirement and touring but he has retained the most of any ex top pro.  bbq chicken n black eye pea beans did the trick.  no...it's actually that core physique he had from football already.  agreed...he is the true mr. o., and it's nice to see he dropped the weight.  didnt like him 300 over 40.  there's no need.  maybe he thought to stay near contest for this sponsor but bsn would be mindless to let ronnie go.  still better than 98% of the dog@hit out there.

and to the fool concerning the wifey.  girlie is ethnic, gives u less trouble in the court systems than northern american white h@es who get half your s@@t after 1 mth of marriage n no kids.  gotta love the states.
