listen to any of the rx muscle or old MD radio shows with Scott Connelly for his science based low carb approach

Milos has a couple of good "bodybuilding seminar" episodes on PBW - Check out the archive - High carb approach

Md audio podcasts - Justin Harris for Carb cycling

In terms of non bodybuilding stuff I wouldn't know. Check out Carl Lenore's (of off-topic radio fame) superhuman radio show airing daily - He has a lot of nutrition experts on who preach various approaches http://www.superhumanradio.com/core/shr_archive.htm

for anyone who has been on getbig and got 8k posts there is nothing new to learn.

We all know what to do... eat 17x bodyweight in calories and high quality protein.. when dieting eat 11x bodyweight in calories and plenty of high quality protein.

It's not rocket science.

True,

One thing I would recommend is trying mega high carb or mega high fat, just to see the effects.
Some people respond well to carbs while others seem to handle fat well
