disagree... for me being strong at one or two lifts doesn't make you the strongest nor just being strong at deads squats and bench to earn that ttle u should be strong at everything dumbell press shoulder press row etc etc IMO branch is stronger. And so are quite a few other bbers

Johnnie didn't even get 2 reps on that military with 315 by himself ronnie pressed that for 12 like it was nothing branch although his ass was off the chair repped that like paper. Johnnie is not the strongest bber being strong on deadlift and squat doesn't make you the strongest he pretty much get pwned everywhere else

Do you mean in deadlift alone? Cos he clearly isn't a stronger military presser than Branch. Also I've never seen JOJ squat more than maybe 3 and a half plates and Branch does 5 quite regularly on video. I know that is anecdotal and means nothing but at a time when Ronnie was dealifting 800lb, benching 495 and front squatting 6 plates JOJ was claiming strongest pro status, seems pretty weird to me, even of he can beat one guy Ben White in one lift.

  the point is clearly he isnt maybe in the deadlift and that is debatable. what did he bench 540 if that against ben white most pros i said most not all that have any size have benched five hundred or more at one time and they dont claim to be the strongest . hell i seen a video of kia green do 5 plate =485 for 5 and doensnt even claim anything abount his strenght

x2, no way could JOJ do this (fast forward to 7:00), and Kai doesn't even mention his own strength.

I don't blame JOJ for taking the marketing approach he has, but it's simply not true that he is even in the top 5 strongest BBs in the world. Apart from maybe deadlift.
