I have a buddy I grew up with.  He's a good guy but one of those brothers that talk alot shit about how great he is....Anywho this week he wanted to find an MMA school here in Vegas.  His wife split up with him last year and he went to Fresno to be with a bitch.  He did a little MMA training out there and wanted to get back into it here.  We went to Vanderlei Silva's school first...180.00 dollars per month...(rip off).  The school was kind of small.  We went to the Tap Out school next.  We saw the fat Baldwin brother, Daniel I think.  TapOut is 80.00 per month unlimited classes. I think I'm going with that one...Kevin Randleman (my twin Johnny no game) teaches wrestling on Saturdays and there are other big name guys there that teach.  My buddy kept over talking the guy showing us around and I can tell the guy was getting annoyed as was I.  My buddy kept bragging about how he's done this and that.  Problem is he's never been in a fight better yet played any organized sport.  We used to play tackle football in highschool without pads and I hit him so hard he had to get one of his nuts removed...(true story and not something I'm proud of).  He reminds me of Jean Claude Van Damme's brother from kickboxer that got crippled from Tong Po minus any skill or athletic ability.  

He's all happy about doing MMA and was talking about being a fighter...He's about 5'10 235lbs 28%bf...and he's gets injured all the time.  I don't want to hurt his feelings but he's gonna have to find out for himself...He's gonna get killed.

Anywho, I'm not into the MMA scene.  I enjoy watching it and I'm a natural athelete.  The fellas seemed pretty cool and wanted me to join.  I'm going to start off with jiu jitsu and Muay Thai...I have no plans on competing. I just want to do other things outside of lifting weights.  My friend on the otherhand...His mouth is gonna get him into trouble...I with guys like this...He kept bragging to the guy about he's done this training and that and kept telling the guy that I had no training in MMA kinda getting me and the guy annoyied.  The guy dropped that if people had egos they had a guy nameed Vinnie to take care of thise kinds of guys.   He's a good guy but just doens't know when to shut his mouth.  I could destroy him without blinking but he's my budy since we were 15.

We went to Randy Coutures school and a couple others also.  Didn't like them though.  I'm sticking with TAPOUT!

if yuo spar with him, lock your hands behind his neck (thai clinch very easy against beginners) and just throw him around a bit, and then when you feel him relaxing just push his head down and do a standing giljotine and try and lift him for added embarrassment.

Quite true, but itvseems like she owned dude real hard, and he has to come back "swinging". I wish people would learn because they want to learn or because they have a passion for it, not because some female broke their heart and they have to prove how manly they are. Dude is indirectly channelling his want to do MMA from his desire to still be with this chick. Chances are if he was still with her, he wouldn't need to prove himself to her. I once met a very obese dude whose goal was to lose weight so that he could join the Marines and go to Iraq. He was looking forward to it. Talking like it was the best pussy he's ever type of shit. He had about another person and a half to lose. He picked the Marines, because "they are the manliest of them all", so he was not just trying to prove to himself, but all the people in his life that he is a man.
