 no...u dont, find a patch of land, tap into power lines and water, run phn with several families and steal cable. u good to go. plus govt program give u 75$USD for food. if u got a job...it's even better.

well my parents gifted me my house, with no mortgage on it. Its in my name, this way I avoid any inheritance tax. They paid the conveyance tax. No I didnt pay a dime for it, but its mine forever. Im a lucky woman indeed. Taxes are 2k a year thats what I pay for the house..
