xtend is good too

i def feel a diff when i take bcaa in my workout

X2, but not necessary. Kinda a waste of money, but worth it if you are the kind of person who can stand drinking plain water.

QFT...there is NO EFFECTIVE DELIVERY METHOD for glutamine. It gets destroyed in the digestive tract. Glutamine is a huge scam by supp companies.
