There is not reason for you to feel this way at 5 weeks out  Kyomu, you are lean but you aren't shredded ,you are not low in sugar you eat 400g of pineapple a day  that's all it is SUGAR (not good  for  natural bodybuilders )you should switch from pine to sweet potato and double the carbs just for 1 day ,you'll be leaner the next day trust me ........................ ........................ ..........

See I dont understand why on earth men that compete are with women that dont get it. They should diet down with you. Even when I was with my daughters father and he prepped for shows, I didnt work out then for the most part but I ate the same thing he did and if I wanted junk food, I never ate it in front of him nor told him.

Grant it, when I trained for my first marathon in October, my boyfriend at the time, would eat what I cooked and never bitched about my training regime.
