So yayaya I used to look good back in the day all lean and shit. But now I am the worlds most miserable human and hate everyone. So instead of putting an effort into leaning out, I'm gonna do this cause I dont care. So Im gonna start shovelling 450-500 grams of protein down a day, stick to my usual power movements and go up to 300 pounds. I'm 278 now so meh fuk it.
