So yayaya I used to look good back in the day all lean and shit.  But now I am the worlds most miserable human and hate everyone.  So instead of putting an effort into leaning out, I'm gonna do this cause I dont care.  So Im gonna start shovelling 450-500 grams of protein down a day, stick to my usual power movements and go up to 300 pounds. I'm 278 now so meh fuk it.

So, I guess you did'nt win the lotto? You'd probably get better "results" if you used carbs and fats instead. Either way, I'm pulling for you champ. Once you reach the 300lb club, promise us all you'll do a new Animal Pak advertisement! ;D

I'll do it with a farmers tan and a thong

I am not doing it easy way, carbs and fats, Im going to eat ungodly amounts of protein, fun that way
