Here is a pretty cool video which explains the technique that Brock used to beat Mir at UFC 100...

i want to see an eventual rematch between MIR vs. Brock..
with the added size.. i think MIR has a very good chance of beating Brock..
he man handled congo / his last fight..

what is going to be ironic is if MIR is bigger than Brock...
Brock is not doing so well from what i heard in a article they posted on Sherdog.com
Rumor has it he is having trouble holding weight due to his new diet...

It would be a shame if Brock does not come back 100%, because of Mir beats him, I don't want any excuses.  That said, if he loses the size advantage, then we would see who the better fighter is.  Either way, this is one of the possible bouts I most look forward to this year.

Brock has been at a higher weight for years, if Mir tries to come in heavier, he will gas badly.

We'll see. I know the Kongo match was ultra short, but all went well.

Rumor has it Brock is having trouble keeping the weight on with his new "gut friendly" diet.  He will definately not be walking into the cage at 290 like he usually does, I guarantee that.

Rumor ::) Brock has every resource available to him and has been a professional athlete most of his life. I am sure he can figure out a way to keep his weight up.

My big concern is if Mir will be able to get past Carwin. I have a feeling he will, but you never know.

He's not that heavy. There is a 265 lb weight limit. You're not putting on 25 lbs of water in less than 24 hours.

Brock has legit technique, He's a Div 1 NCAA champion & you don't get there by just overpowering people.

His wrestling is very legit but....

Giving 110%

You are the outcast. Most MMA fans like the UFC. Their success and growth is all the proof you need.

So if the UFC is putting on shitty shows all the time, then don't you think that people would stop watching?
Why are their numbers growing around the world? I guess the millions of 'UFC nuthuggers' are all idiots and are getting fooled by the UFC ::)

I take it you're not familiar with the rampant weight cutting that goes on in MMA, there are several fighters that are known to cut over 30lbs to make their weight divs.  Anthony Johnson cuts 30lbs, Sean Sherk cuts 30lbs, Gleison Tibau cuts 30lbs,Rampage and Forrest both cut 25+ lbs, that's just naming a few.  Brock cuts weight to make 265, he has been known to walk in fight night at 280-290.  Look into weight cutting, wrestlers and boxers do that shit all the time, it's pretty common, even the drastic cases.
