I don't see the big deal. Like someone else said, trucks like that here in Texas are typical. My dad's 6'1'' and drives a 2005 FX4. My bro's 5'10'' and drives a 2000 Ford F350 with a six inch lift. Neither of them have "small man syndrome" to my knowledge. I guess you just have to live here to understand.

I just find that people (US most likely) is about excess of everything, overdo, from eating, working out, if they can, they will attitude. Just like those millionaire celebs/athletes who buy 20,000 sq. foot homes with 12 plus bdrooms, etc... They don't need them, but they do because they can.
