I'm predicting Melvin will have returned to Marshmallow Man. Soft as a baby's ass and nowhere near the top 5.

Phil Heath will look great, but narrow compared Kai.

If he shows up 100%, Kai Greene for the win. If not, Dex will nab his 4th Arnold.

Branch will win the most muscular.

is it just me or does the show lack the buzz of past arnold's?

maybe i'm just less of a fan these days, but the arnold seemed like a huge dea 5 - 10 years ago

back when flex ronnie cormier ray levrone nasser preist were competing it was a bigger deal because a) better competitors... b) more media coverage, some arnold classics were even on national television.

for this year, id like to see kai win again, as logn as he deserves it.

I was told that Kai was in Powerhouse today with his trainer going through some of his posing routine and that he looks very good. If he comes in the contest on, I think he takes it.
