I went to Milos' free seminar a few years ago. It was interesting to hear different philosophies on training/nutrition.
Alot of people have different opinions on how it's all done so it's cool to check it out and possibly pick something up.
lots of people have different opinions on loads of stuff..but only very few are actually correct.
why pay to hear a bunch of opinions?
just find out from those qualified, do the research yourself, then apply what you learnt.
unless pros tell you what exactly they use, how much, and show proof of what it does (beyond chance and beyond subjective opinion), then seminars are a joke.
the best works are done by nutritionists, kinesiologists, sports scientists and physiologists. The only one of that crew who needs to do seminars would be the nutritionist..the others earn way too much to waste their time on a bunch of joe publics.
most of the stuff they are working on the public wouldnt comprehend and talking about topics that they would would be like death by slow deprivation of oxygen.
