If you feel like Bodybuilding is not a sport

Try powerlifting - after all - All big names in BB Arnold and rest intially used a lot of powerlifting moves to get their physique.

It is a lot more fun then to do your "usual" boring workout.

Strongman and weightlifting is even more interesting. Also for those who want to have more endurance based sport there is the awesome girevoy sport (kettlebell lifting).

I often find myself carrying around refrigerators and just picking up 500lb objects in my garage to prove my athleticism.

I like bodybuilding just not as a sport.  Not everything has to be a sport for one to like it.

Actually, at the Pro or National level, bodybuilding is the bartering of sexual favors in exchange for competition placings.
