Who thinks Kai Greene can, and will, keep his title as Arnold Classic champ?

Looked phenomenal at 2009 Arnold. Then at the Olympia, he looked less sharp and less freaky than before.

Alot of guys in this lineup have been making improvements every contest, and based on there last few contests they will probably place ahead of Kai if Kai doesnt look better than he did at the Olympia.

I think its going to be tough for Branch to look any better or achieve a similar look that he had at the Olympia... As far as Kai is concerned haven't followed his prep but if oscar and kai have been giving it that same focus as last year then maybe so... once again I think it was hard for Kai to replicate or improve on his stellar Arnold Classic appearance... looked absolutely incredible at the Aussie pro show after the Arnold...

If he replicates his 09 Arnold form then he can win.

Kai has a lot of tiny details in the back and legs that come to life when he's dry.

If he's holding just a slight film of water then he can easily be beaten.

I just hope Branch doesn't beat him. If I were judging I'd have Branch out of the top 5

Its clear to me that Kai Greene definitely has the potential to repeat his '09 Arnold form, and even improve upon it. Im just not sure if he will. I suspect that if Kai has been thinking in the manner that Oscar describes in his Muscular Development column, that Kai will have taken his body to a new level.

In all honesty, I'm not worried about Branch or Phil it's Dex.  Kai has never beaten Dex.  Kai will have to show up like Jay did at the O last year to beat him.  He certainly can do it but we'll see if he does.  Kai will have to be bigger, which he has said he would be as he streamlined his physique last year at the O to around 250lbs.  He will compete tomorrow around 265.  The reason he didn't look so good at the O as Oscar said was at his lower weight, the muscle wasn't pushing against the skin as much giving that extra shredded look.  Mark my word, Kai will be his best and Dex will be at his best but Dex is a 1 time Mr. O and 3 time Arnold Classic winner.  I know Branch did it but the majority consensus was it was utter bullshite.  It will be the best Arnold Classis to date.  In addition, I'm really interested in seeing how Ronny Rockel will do.  I love his physique and he could make top 4 at his best.

Kai, Dex, Phil, Branch, Melvin, Toney, even Roelly are all dangerous.
Will Phil be denied? Maybe, or maybe that signal that they gave him, Dex, and Kai to come in hard really put fire in his belly.
