Spices sound good but you forgot brown sugar, cream, eggs, a candied pecan topping, and the maple syrup whipped cream.
It won't be as yummy without added fat and sugar. You could try evaporated milk instead of cream and a sweetener instead of sugar, but I say just make a pumpkin pie and enjoy it in moderation.
It freezes/reheats well after baking so it's always easy to have on hand when those unexpected guests drop by.
