Guys this film is set in "modern day" not back when THOR was a huge guy.  He is going to be in 7-11's and stores and walking around like a normal guy.  He doesn't have to be big.

No he's not. Bob is judging the contest as you're supposed to...and he's considering structure too. Phil, as good as he looks, will always have that weak/narrow chest. And probably to Bob, that overrides Dex's flaws (calves, lack of improvement year to year etc..).
